For any complaint against the quality of product delivered, the customer / recipient required to provide the information about the product within 48 hours of delivery.Refund or Redelivery can also be made depending on nature of the complaint and any decision to refund or redeliver will be the sole prerogative of the website.

Delivery schedule varies between three day delivery to delivery within seven days depending on the destination city or town. In case of Heavy Rains/ Bandh / Strike, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date.

The receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery or Recipient refusing to accept the delivery  www.Mybigtrolley.com shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

For deliveries at Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it.

If the customer has ordered the gift types or colour that are not available (e.g. due shortages in supply) at that particular moment we have right to send other with same type and price.

If there is no one available at the receivers address, to receive your order , at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered as late. Such cases no refunds or liability can be made.
